Tuition Refund Policy

The Tuition Refund Policy is designed to protect the tuition investment of those families who have enrolled and paid a partial tuition, but find themselves unable to attend First Odessa Christian Academy for either of the following reasons:

• The family is moving more than 50 miles away from FOCA; or
• The student is unable to attend FOCA due to medical reasons.

*If a student is removed from FOCA because of disciplinary reasons, no refund will be granted.
