About me
Experienced! I began my teaching career in Odessa, TX, 33 years ago! I have taught everything from Reading Recovery for 1st graders to 5th grade self-contained and EVERYTHING in between, plus 6-8th grades math and social studies. My school experiences have been public, private, charter, and homeschool. I have a masters in Reading Specialization from UTPB. Basically, I have been IN SCHOOL since I was 5!
Experienced! I am the mother of 2 grown sons that keep me young and current. Aaron is an accountant in San Angelo. Duncan is an IT for a bank in Midland. I live in Odessa anticipating their visits.
Experienced! As you can see in the pictures, I love to journey to places and be immersed in their story. I have a true passion for history and teaching. We will travel as much as possible in pictures and research in our classroom.
So... according to my experience, I NOW HAVE THE BEST JOB IN THE WORLD AT THE #1 SCHOOL!
